Here's where we'll list all the player-created Specialties, for people to look at and perhaps take inspiration from. When you make a Spec, let us know about it, and if we approve it we'll post it here with your name attached.
Strength
Power Strikes (Boone): +1 to Unarmed and Melee damage rolls
Agility
Lightning Bruiser (Boone): +1 to melee-range Attack and Dodge rolls
Steady Aim (Wolff): +1 to all ranged rolls
Power Shot (JD): +1 to Guns rolls.
Snake-Quick (Roland): +1 to all Agility-based Guns rolls
Endurance
Unbreakable (Wolff): +1 to soaking Bashing (and Lethal if you have Ironhide). In addition, provides bonuses to resisting torture, interrogation, or even pain caused by venom or toxins.

Charisma
Calming Presence (Taylor):People will generally feel more at ease around you. Perhaps it is how you speak, or perhaps how you look. +1 to rolls involving having to calm down an agitated or panicked person.
Charmer (JD Morrison): You are naturally charming and fun, and people just love you. +1 to all Speech rolls.
Appearance
Bombshell (JD): You're a bombshell, baby, you make me explode. -2 DC to seduction rolls.

Menacing Presence (Bear): +1 to Intimidation rolls when you're close enough to hit someone
Steely Glare (Roland): +1 to Intimidate someone with a silent staredown.

Good Bedside Manner (Croftwell): Being a medical worker can be tough work at times. But with some patience and honeyed words, even the most aggressive of patients will allow you to continue your work. +1 to Speech rolls to calm down a frightened or angry person.

Frontier Doctor (Croftwell): You work far from the cushy labs of the fancier settlements. You've learned to adapt to your less then exceptional work area. But people will still come to you to set their broken bones, to treat their injuries and nurse them back to health. +1 to rolls involving basic trauma stabilization and treating illnesses.
